Through baby care features, parents may enter:

- Acknowledgment of data collection for child features

We verify parental relationship through the account holder's declaration. We may implement additional verification measures as required by applicable laws.

Parents can withdraw consent at any time by:
- Deleting baby profiles
- Removing children from family circles

- Allow children to directly interact with the platform
- Collect more data than necessary for the features
6. Data Sharing
6.1 With Healthcare Professionals
Parents may choose to share baby health data with connected pediatricians or healthcare providers. This requires explicit parental consent.
6.2 With Family Members
Baby profiles can be linked to family circles, allowing trusted family members to view growth and care information. Parents control this sharing.
6.3 No Third-Party Sharing
We do NOT share children's data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
7. Data Security
We implement enhanced security measures for children's data:
- Access restricted to parent/guardian account
- Encrypted transmission of all data
- Secure storage with access controls
- Limited staff access on need-to-know basis

8. Data Retention
Children's data is retained:
- While the baby profile exists
- Until parent requests deletion
- Until account deletion (cascades to baby profiles)
We do not retain children's data longer than necessary for the stated purposes.
